Judy Lynn Culp (White) passed away at the age of sixty-five after a period of illness due to Cancer. She was born in Spokane Washington and was the daughter of James Max White and Jacqueline Jo Davis. The family moved to Kansas when she was one. After the separation of her parents, Judy spent her grade school years living in Kansas, and Texas before moving to Loveland Colorado. She started middle school in Loveland and had a short stay with her great Aunt, Patricia Buchenau, known as Choppy in Junction City, Kansas. She returned home again after the family moved to Cheyenne, Wyoming where she attended high school and earned her GED.
On June 5th, 1978, her daughter Joelene Constance White was born in Cheyenne Wyoming. She married Jeffrey Allen Bliss on October 16th, 1978, in Liberal Kansas and on July 4th, 1979, they welcomed their son Jeffrey Allen Bliss Jr. She and Jeff moved to Cheyenne, Wyoming in 1981. She lived close to her sisters, DiAnne and Jackie, during that time and the cousins often played together. Later they bought four homes, one in Burns Wyoming and another little set of houses in Kimball Nebraska. However, none of the homes worked out for them due to renovation costs so they moved back to Cheyenne Wyoming. She and Jeff divorced in 1991.
She married Terrance Earl Culp on September 13th, 1992. They bought a home in Casper Wyoming in 1995. They got divorced in 1998, and she moved to Glenrock Wyoming for a couple of years.
She moved back to Casper Wyoming after that and made a new life with a life partner, Morris Allen. She lived happily in Casper Wyoming with Morris for the rest of her life.
Judy enjoyed playing Bingo, going to the racetrack, gambling on the free plays, couponing and fixing up her apartment. She was close to her daughter, Joelene, and her Nephew William McDaniel who lived in Casper also.
Preceded in death by her parents, sister Jacqueline Estella Craft, and her son Jeffrey Allen Bliss Jr.
Survived by her daughter, Joelene Holm of Casper Wyoming and two grandchildren, Serene and Mia. Judy is also survived by her sisters, Joanne Taylor of Wichita Kansas, Deb Krol of Phoenix Arizona, Marie Rodriguez of Victorville, California, DiAnne Brill of Greeley Colorado, Jamie Patterson of Silt Colorado and Rajana Garon of Texas and brothers, Doug Franklin of Afton Oklahoma, Jim White of Texas and Wayne Emmons of Cheyenne Wyoming and lots of nieces and nephews.
