With hearts shattered and forever changed, we share the passing of Kathleen “Kathy” Lynn Beall, 54, who left us on November 17, 2025, in Casper, Wyoming. Kathy was born on December 2, 1970, in Pennsylvania to Michael and Lucia (Pat) Flynn—her first teachers in love, strength, and compassion.
From the beginning, Kathy carried a tenderness that made the world around her softer. She grew up with a spirit rooted in service, and she poured that spirit into her work as an EMT. She answered every call with courage, empathy, and a fierce desire to help others. Her dedication saved lives, comforted families, and changed her community in ways too deep to measure. Serving others wasn’t just her job, it was her heart.
But as proud as she was of her service, Kathy’s greatest joy was always her family. She was a devoted wife, mother, sister, and grandmother, loving each role with her whole soul. She savored the small, beautiful moments—cheering on her kids, holding her grandchildren close, laughing until tears came, and making everyone around her feel seen and loved. Her warmth, her creativity, and her love for life touched every part of her home and every person was lucky enough to be part of it.
Kathy is preceded in death by her parents, Michael, Lucia (Pat) and Mama Kathy, and by her grandparents, who now welcome her with open arms.
Left to hold her memory close are the people she loved more than anything: Her husband of 24 years, Shannon Beall, who was her partner, her steady place, and her best friend. Her children: Christopher; Nickolas & Shila; Kyle & Briana; Stephanee & Hunter; Alexander (AJ); Adam; Loren; Mattea; Ashley; and Austin. Her siblings: Kelly; Cindy & Rob; Patty & Richard; Michael, and Katelyn & Justin. Beloved numerous nieces and nephews.
Kathy’s heart lived inside her grandbabies, each one a treasure she cherished beyond words: Aaron, Lilly, Drayden, Kyran, Kinsley, Kaden, Madison, Haidyn, Aynslee, Everleigh, Carter, and Parker. She had a nickname for everyone she loved. One beloved memory was the “Happy Snack Dance” she did with her grandbabies before sharing her favorite treat with them. They were the brightest lights in her world, the ones who made her laugh the hardest and love the deepest.
Kathy was first married to Derek from 1989–1998. She later married Shannon on November 13, 2001, and together they built a life shaped by love, resilience, and the unwavering bond of family.
Those who knew Kathy will remember her strength, her wit, her incredible sense of humor, and the way she could make a whole room laugh with just a look. She loved anything sweet, playing in the mud, kayaking (yakkin’) down the Colorado River, cheering fiercely for The Steelers, singing her heart out to Keith Urban, and rockin’ out to Five Finger Death Punch. Kathy loved life with an energy that was unmistakable—and she loved her family with a force that will never fade.
Her absence leaves a pain that words can barely touch, but her legacy lives on in the laughter she created, the lives she healed, the love she poured into her children and grandbabies, and the countless hearts she shaped along the way.
Kathy, you are deeply, endlessly missed. And will be loved—always.
