Kerri L. Kowalski

Kerri Lynn (Pickering) Kowalski, 67, passed away unexpectedly on August 6, 2026, at her home in Edgerton, WY, with her beloved husband, Roy, by her side.

Kerri was a loving wife, daughter, sister, aunt, and a dear friend to many. She graduated from Kelly Walsh High School in 1976 and married Roy Kowalski on November 2, 1988. Together, they shared many years of love, laughter, and memories.

Kerri had a kind and giving heart. She was always willing to help others and would often go out of her way to make sure someone else was cared for. Kerri loved her family dearly and cherished the time she spent with them. She also had a special love for dogs, who brought her so much happiness and companionship.

She is survived by her beloved husband, Roy Kowalski; her mother, Donna Hudson of Crookston, MN; her sister, Lori Folkers and husband Wayne of Crookston, MN; niece Shelby Gawarecki and husband Adam, and their sons Karl and Andrew, of Staples, MN; niece Taylor Folkers and her sons Keaton and Gauge of Crookston, MN; and niece Bailey Folkers of Fargo, ND.

Kerri was preceded in death by her father, Ronald Pickering, and her brother, Ricky Pickering.

Kerri will be remembered for her generous heart, caring nature, love of family, and the kindness she showed to others. She leaves behind a lifetime of love and memories that will be treasured by her family. She will be deeply missed and forever loved.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
