Larren LeRoy Holdren passed away on June 5th after a short battle with cancer. He was born on December 1st, 1949 in Holly, Co to Harry and Thelma Holdren. Larren was raised in Holly, Colorado with his siblings. He was married to Terrie Holdren. They have four children.

Larren was the foundation of his family. Like any good foundation he was strong and reliable. He was the the unseen yet crucial support system for the family. He did the job that needed doing, whether that was being out on the rig to provide for his family, yard work, or projects to fix up the house. Once the work was done he enjoyed fishing, boating, gardening, rock hunting, and being a Grandpa. Through all of his work and play his constant companions, his dogs, were right there with him.

He is proceeded in death by his wife Terrie Holdren, his daughter Shawna Holdren, his parents Harry and Thelma Holdren, parent in-laws Don and Rachel Ames, sister and brother in-law Sharon and Rodger Kissier, brothers in-law Steven Lind, Larry Jenkins, nephew Josh Lind, niece Samantha Ames.

He is survived by his children Kevin (Nichole) Holdren, Rachel (Brent) Sanborn, Cody (Caren) Holdren.

His grandchildren Taylor (Edward) Maes, Ryan, Kathrine, Bethani, Megan, Sydney, Abby, Brodey, Joseph, and Saiya. His great grandchildren Aliyah, Marina, Brooke, and Fynnley. His sibling Debara (Stan) Crum. Siblings in-law Donald (Ann) Ames, Lynne (Jeff) Hall, Jim (Liz) Ames, Diane Lind, Sam (Madeline) Ames. His honorary grandchildren CodiAnn, Myra, and Matty.

He also left behind many special friends, family members, and countless honorary grandchildren.
