Lesley Dean Bain, known affectionately as "Les," passed away peacefully on June 18, 2026, at his home surrounded by his wife in Casper, Wyoming. Born on August 22, 1938, in Ponca City, Oklahoma, Les lived a full and fulfilling life marked by dedication to his family and his passions.

Les spent the majority of his career as a machinist in the oil and gas industry. After decades of service, he retired from Walmart in 2000. His commitment and hard work were evident throughout his professional journey.

Beyond his career, Les was a man who truly enjoyed life’s adventures. He loved riding his various motorcycles and taking road trips with his beloved wife, Patricia. Golfing was another favorite pastime, and he had a deep appreciation for guns, enjoying the sport of target practicing. These hobbies brought him joy and relaxation throughout his life.

Lesley was a loving husband of 70 years to Patricia (Darnell) Bain. Together, they shared many cherished memories and adventures. He was also a proud father to his son, Michael (Sherrie) Bain, and a devoted grandfather to Christopher Bain. Les is survived by his brother, Bill Bain, of Casper. He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Dorothy (Beardsley) Bain and his brother, John Bain.

Les is remembered most proudly as a loving husband, father, and grandfather. His heart extended beyond his immediate family to numerous fur babies that he cared for dearly. Les’s warmth, kindness, and zest for life left a lasting impression on all who knew him.

His family, friends, and all who shared in his life will miss him deeply. Lesley's legacy will live on in the hearts of those who loved him and in the stories shared about his life of love, adventure, and dedication.
