Matthew Allan Mitchell

Matthew Allan Mitchell was born in Casper, WY on the 14 Day of April, 1976, to the parents of Allan D. Mitchell and Kathy Lou (Joy) Mitchell at the Memorial Hospital in Casper.

Matthew grew up in Wyoming, Montana, and California. After moving back to Wyoming, he attended school at Centennial Junior High and Kelly Walsh Senior High School. Matthew earned his GED in 2025.

From there he went to work in the oilfields of Western Wyoming for a number of years eventually coming back to Casper, starting to work in the Concert business.

Matthew is survived by his father, Allan D. Mitchell of Buffalo, WY., his mother Kathy Lou (Joy) Mitchell of New York City, NY., Heather D. Lau his sister and her daughter of Casper, WY., Carrie Hehr mother of three children, Matthew Wrey Mitchell (son) and his daughter, Jessica Mitchell (daughter) and her two daughters, and Kristina Mitchell (daughter) and her three daughters all of Casper, WY., along with Bridgett Pearson, mother of his youngest child, Morgan Mitchell (daughter) of Gillette, WY.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 1:00pm, Sunday, August 9, 2026 at the VFW, 1800 Bryan Stock Trail in Casper, Wyoming.
