Patra Ellen Lee Gingrich

Patra Ellen Lee (Nyberg) Gingrich, 87, of Casper, Wyoming passed away Tuesday, December 30, 2025. She was born to Parents Phillip and Alice (McKinney) Nyberg on October 14, 1938 in Kennedy MN. She was raised in Kennedy and graduated from Kennedy High School in 1957. Following graduation she joined the United States Army on June 14, 1957. She proudly served in the Army where she met and married Gordon Coudret and was honorably discharged on October 13, 1958. They moved to Virginia and eventually moved to Hallock, Mn, where Pat remained very busy and blessed raising her six children. Pat and Gordon divorced and Pat later met and married Lon E Gingrich in October 1996. They Lived and worked in Rapid City South Dakota until retirement. At that time, they returned to Casper, Wyoming where Lon E had been raised and took care of his aging mother until she passed. They were married until Lon E passed in May of 2022.

Patra was preceded in death by her parents Phillip and Alice Nyberg and sister Lavon Coltom. She is survived by her brother Steven Nyberg and children Maxine Bailey, Joseph (Tonyia) Coudret, Phillip Coudret, Raymond (Sherry) Coudret, Michelle (Frankie) Sanchez and Tara (Forrest) Nuzum, Brother in Law Orin Coltom and two nephews. She was also survived by twelve grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.

Pat enjoyed her church, worship and loved family gatherings. She will surely set up a BINGO hall for game players in heaven and continue her favorite Saturday pastime with friends and family.
