Patricia Dee Hotchkiss, beloved mother, daughter, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully on November 18, 2025.

Born on June 17, 1965, in Casper, Wyoming, Patricia was the cherished daughter of Jack Hotchkiss and Peggy Matzke. Patricia grew up surrounded by the rugged beauty of the West and the closeness of a family who adored her.

Patricia was the devoted mother of four daughters — Stephanie, Arielle, Jessica, and Elizabeth — who were the center of her world. Her love for them was boundless, and she devoted her life to nurturing their dreams, lifting their spirits, and guiding them with her steady wisdom. Her girls were her greatest joy, and she took immense pride in the strong, loving women they have become.

She also shared a warm and meaningful bond with her sons-in-law—Rory, Arlen, Chris, and Andrew—each of whom held a special place in her heart. She welcomed them as her own, grateful for the love and companionship they brought to her daughters and to the family as a whole.

One of Trish’s greatest delights in life was being a grandmother. She cherished her grandchildren — Justin, Nathan, Ashlee, Payton, Xora, Hazel, Seneca, Artemis, and Bailey — celebrating each of their milestones and embracing every moment she shared with them. Patricia also had the joy of welcoming great-grandchildren Tatiyanna, Kieran, and Serenity, each one adding new brightness to her later years.

She is survived by her two loving sisters, Carmen and Angie, with whom she shared lifelong bonds filled with laughter, love and support, and stories only sisters can understand. Patricia also held a deep, quiet love for her twin sister, Patty Ann, who passed away as a baby and remained in Patricia’s heart throughout her life.

Additionally, she was a loving aunt to Johnny, Nikki, Jeff and Trevor, in which she enjoyed sharing her playful personality.

She will be lovingly remembered by her devoted partner, Brian, who brought joy and adventure into her life. Their bond was a source of comfort and happiness, and his presence enriched her days with warmth and care.

A woman of creativity and gentle passions, Patricia found joy in the simple, beautiful things. She loved gardening, tending to her plants with the same care she showed the people she loved. She enjoyed creating art, expressing herself through color and imagination. She had a keen eye for beauty and found great joy in capturing life’s moments through her love of photography. And she had a deep appreciation for music, which filled her home and her heart throughout her life.

Trish will be remembered for her warmth, her humor, her generosity, and the quiet strength that made others feel safe in her presence. She leaves behind a legacy of love, creativity, and the countless memories she built with those she held dear.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date, where family and friends will gather to honor her memory and share the stories that keep her spirit alive.

She will be deeply missed and forever loved.
