Paul Anthony Santistevan, 31, of Casper, Wyoming, passed away on Sunday, November 30, 2025. Born June 28, 1994, in Casper, WY, Paul was the beloved son of Tracy and Karol Santistevan.
Paul was an accomplished arborist, proudly holding ISA certification, Certified Aerial Rescue Training, and a Commercial Pesticide Applicator license. His work reflected his deep respect for nature and his commitment to preserving it.
Beyond his professional achievements, Paul was known for his adventurous spirit and creative soul. He loved music, longboarding, exploring the outdoors, and immersing himself in art and drawing. A devoted fan of Doctor Who, Paul embraced life with curiosity and humor, earning him the affectionate titles of “mad scientist” and “adventurer” among those who knew him best. His charm, wit, and loving nature touched everyone he met.
Paul is survived by his parents, Karol and Tracy Santistevan; his sister and brother-in-law, Myriah and Jonathan Straetker; his niece, Ashlynn Straetker; his grandparents Larry and Barbara Byrne; his grandmother Vicki Santistevan; and his godmother Kathy Frith and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandfather Tony Santistevan.
A rosary service will be held on Monday, December 8, 2025 at 3:00 PM at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church, 1401 CY Ave, Casper, WY 82604.
A public funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 9, 2025 at 2:00 PM, also at Our Lady of Fatima. A reception will follow the funeral service. Interment will be held at a later date.
