She was born on January 23, 1957, in Greene, Iowa to Glenn and Mary Ressler. Raine embodied kindness and compassion throughout her life.
Raine was a steadfast homemaker, a role she embraced wholeheartedly, focusing her energy and love on caring for her children and husband, Dave Gulliford, with whom she shared a beautiful marriage of 42 years. Her life revolved around nurturing the bond they created and raising wonderful children: Ian Kelso, Jesse Gulliford, Lucas Gulliford and Nicole Moline. Raine had a unique ability to make every moment special, going above and beyond to celebrate milestones and traditions that brought joy to her loved ones. She was the heart of the family, pouring her heart into every gathering, making memories that will be cherished forever.
Raine's legacy extends to her beloved grandchildren, including Beau Gulliford, Brayleigh Kelso, and Gage Strohecker, who brought her immense joy and pride. She found great happiness in being a "Mommabear," fiercely protective and always thoughtful of others before herself, ensuring that her family's needs came first.
With a good sense of humor, Raine's laughter was a melody that filled every room she entered. Her capacity for love was limitless; her kindness touched many lives. She cherished her hobbies, including needle-point, pottery, and jewelry making, all of which she enthusiastically pursued. In her younger years, she took delight in fishing and enjoyed creating memorable experiences for her family.
Throughout her life, Raine exhibited incredible strength, courageously battling illness for two years at Central Wyoming Hospice. Her graceful spirit remained intact, and she left this world with the love of her family surrounding her.
Raine Diane Gulliford is predeceased by her parents Glenn Ressler and Mary Mason, a sister, Sara Kilburn, and a brother, Todd Ressler.
