Raymond Joseph Phillips, 66, passed away on Sunday February 24, 2013 at Central Wyoming Hospice in Casper, Wyoming. At his request no services will be held.
He was born in July 1946 in Manhattan, New York
He is survived by his beloved wife Maria Phillips and his dog "Baby" in Casper, a brother in New York, sister in Georgia, several in-laws, nieces and nephews in Casper, Cody, Thermopolis, Ohio, Virginia, Denver, Georgia, and Idaho.
Raymond's friends and family knew him as a very kind and caring person. He also was the founder of the Seton House for single mothers with children in Casper.
Ray will be missed by many.
