It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Regine Lucie Williams, who left this world on August 27, 2025, in Casper, Wyoming. Born to Gilbert and Ginette (Reisser) Bolbienon on April 27, 1946, in St. Julien Les Villas, France, Regine’s journey through life was marked by an indomitable spirit and a profound love for her family and friends.
Regine was a devoted wife to her beloved husband, George "Bob" Williams, sharing an extraordinary bond that spanned over 60 years. She was the kind of person who radiated strength and compassion, effortlessly guiding Bob through life's challenges with her unwavering support. Her remarkable ability to forgive and nurture made her a beloved figure not only in her home but also within her extended family, which included several nieces and nephews who cherished her deeply.
An educated woman, Regine attended an all-girls school in Troyes, France, where her early years were filled with the values that would later define her life: kindness, understanding, and love for others. Her dedication was evident in her career at T-Shirt Plus, where she played a vital role in the Sales Department, working diligently with Control Data since the business's inception in Casper.
Throughout her life, Regine found joy in many pursuits, including her cherished collection of elephants and roosters memorabilia. Her unique personality was endearing; it was easy to fall in love with her after just one conversation. Described as truly one-of-a-kind, the warmth and love she exuded cannot be captured in mere words.
Regine was not only a loving wife and aunt but also an active member of her community. She dedicated her time to serving others through organizations such as the Eastern Star, Fort Casper #4, Beauceant Assembly #70, Daughter's of the Nile Tamah Temple #73, and Zilah Egyptians. Her involvement in these groups showcased her commitment to making the world a better place, leaving a lasting impact on those she encountered.
Regine's legacy will forever resonate in the lives of those she touched. She will be reunited with her beloved mother, who is welcoming her with open arms. Though she has departed from this life, the love she shared and the strength she embodied will always remain in the hearts of her family, friends, and all those fortunate enough to have known her.
A memorial service to honor Regine's beautiful life will be held on September 20, 2025, at Bethel Baptist Church in Casper, Wyoming, at 11:00 AM with a reception to be announced at the service As we gather to celebrate her memory, we reflect on a life lived with grace, compassion, and unparalleled love. She will be deeply missed but fondly remembered by all.
