Ross Klair (RK) Hendrickson

Ross Klair "RK" Hendrickson, age 79, passed away peacefully on October 15, 2025, in Casper, Wyoming. Born on December 30, 1945, in Payson, Utah, RK lived a life filled with service, humor, and love. He spent his years across Utah, Wyoming, and later Arizona, always valuing connection with family, friends, and community.

RK graduated frim Fremont County Vocational High School in 1964 and went on to serve in the U.S. Navy. His dedication to service continued with the National Guard, where he played trumpet in the Guard Band and later served as a recruiter. Alongside his military commitment, RK built a successful career as an insurance salesman with Farm Bureau. He eventually retired after many years of dedicated service to both his country and his clients. One memorable example of his warmth and friendliness was his time as a greeter at Sam's Club-a role he genuinely enjoyed and where his welcoming smile became a bright spot in many people's day.

RK is survived by his daughters, Kimber Bloem and Amanda Steward; grandsons Ty (Alicia) and Kolbe Bloem; and great-grandson Rhett Bloem. He is also survived by his siblings: Steve (Nancy), Delwyn (Diane), Todd (Becky), and Traci (Ron) Stine.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Ross and Janell Hendrickson; and his siblings Lynda (Bill) Boulette and Michael (Mary Lou) Hendrickson.

RK will be remembered for his quick wit, contagious laugh, and generous spirit. He loved people deeply and never missed a chance to make someone smile. Whether he was bowling, exploring the outdoors, traveling, or simply spending time with his family, RK brought warmth and joy wherever he went. His grandsons and great-grandson were the light of his life, and his pride in them was unmatched.

A memorial service will be announced at a later date.

RK Hendrickson leaves behind a legacy of service, laughter, and love. He will be missed more than words can express.
