Sandee Dowlin,80, of Casper passed away Monday October 13,2025

She was born to the late Floyd and Annie Dowlin March, 09,1945 in Butte, Montana. She was married to Raymond Boylan until 1970 and lived in Cheyenne, Wyoming for many years before relocating to Casper, Wyoming.

Sandee was a waitress at many of people's favorite restaurants in Casper, Wyoming and made friends with all her patrons. She was always known for her friendly and sweet temperament. She always believed in giving people chances. She wasn’t known as the greatest cook. However she always tried to feed her kids' sports team or anyone else that needed it. She had a love of skiing and snowmobiling in her youth. She also had a love of baseball and football and could quote stats like no other, she became very vocal at calling at the referees when they didn’t call it right. She loved and lived for her family, Her grandkids, and great-grandkids were her prize and happiness. It was known her and her brother Buck were quite a spectacle and could really cut a rug. She loved all her siblings fiercely. She was Miss Montana in her younger years as well as honored queen for Job’s daughter and an alternate swimmer for the Olympics. In her later life she became involved in her grandkids lives. She was an active part in helping in her granddaughter’s FFA and 4-H club, always volunteering in helping them with what they needed. She always wanted to know what her grandkids were up to and let everyone she talked to know what her grandkids were doing. She enjoyed planting flowers every year to enjoy throughout the summer. Her favorite flower was yellow roses. She also loved just sitting out in the sun and just soaking the sunlight while listening to old country music.

Sandee is survived by three children: Shawn (Amy) Boylan of Helena, MT; Raylynn Childress of Cody, WY; Dana Boylan of Casper, WY. She is also survived by six grandchildren: Shawn Jo (Carmen) Boylan Jr. of Helena, MT, Patrick (Sydney) Boylan of Bozeman, MT, Floyd Fourtner of Pueblo, CO; Kolten Childress of Cody, WY, Danyaray Pribble of Casper, WY; Wyatt Childress of Laramie, WY; and two great-grandchildren Axel (Kolten) of Billings, MT; Garrett (Shawn Jo Jr) of Helena, MT.
