Thomas Owen Maxwell, 66, of Casper, Wyoming passed away Sunday, October 13, 2024.
A memorial service is scheduled for 3 pm on Saturday, November 16th, 2024 at Newcomer Casper Chapel. A Celebration of Life will take place immediately following the memorial service at 145 North Pennsylvania Avenue, Casper, WY, 82609.
