William Russell O'Neil, 73, of Casper, passed away May 29, 2010.
He was born Feb. 8, 1937 in Casper, WY, the son of John and Mary Shew O'Neil. Mr. O'Neil received his bachelors degree from the University of Wyoming and was employed by the State of Wyoming as a bank examiner. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and traveling.
Memorial services will be Sunday, June 13, 2 PM at the Anglican Church of the Resurrection, 342 S. Grant. Arrangements under the direction of Newcomer Funeral Home.
