She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, C.E. Fisher and sister Jean Jacoby. She is survived by her daughter, Suzy (Dale) McCartney, and grandsons, Justin and Cody Whitson; Nephews John Merrick and Greg Merrick and Matt Jacoby.
Cremation has taken place and per Virginia’s request, no services are planned. A private burial will be at the Rawlins Cemetery.
