Phyllis Wyonne Phillips was born to Hubert and Hazel Phillips September 12, 1939, in Pampa, Texas. She died October 15, 2014.
Phyllis graduated from Pampa High School in 1957. She married Coy Don Mitchell in 1959. On April 18, 1969, she married Michael Guenther. She is survived by her husband, Michael; children, Dr. Sheldon Guenther (Sheri), Eric Guenther, Tank Gunether (Bridget), Suzanne Westover (Kim) and Brett Guenther (Asami); 4 granddaughters and 3 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and her first husband.
Per her request there will be no services. Her ashes will be scattered at a private family gathering at a later date.
Contributions in Phyllis' name to the Casper Humane Society, 849 East "E" Street, Casper, WY 82602 would be greatly appreciated. Arrangements are being handled by Newcomer Funeral Home.
